I recently discovered that I work better in the gym with slow sexy music. My favorite being Sade. Fast music makes me just want to run up to ppl in the gym and sing. So I changed my whole workout playlist.

You just need to stay motivated whether the music is slow or fast. My gym does not play good music at all, but it is not about that. Please be focused on the goal and not the music. When you get to where you want to be, you can pick posing music for the stage.
Sometimes I get on the treadmill at work and walk for 10 minutes before I remember that I brought my iPod. I think sometimes one’s brain just wants to take a break from the overload.
Good luck with your weight loss!
Nice..we all have to find what music works for us when we workout. Like me I listen to different songs, but have like 2-4 mains that always pump me up through a workout. And I’ll even find a set of songs that I will jog or sprint to the beat which helps take my mind off of the run, and that mental lil push with the pump really gets me going in a nice run. But its good that you found your music niche. Just make sure you stay productive while you working out with the new music and not being like a lot of people in a gym; just sitting or standing around bobbing their heads more than bobbing the weights. Keep up the good work and keep pressing on.
