Dear loser,

Who the **** are you to tell me that I will never be a normal weight? I’m 500 lbs. and I bust my ass for every calorie I burn. When you’re sleep I am up. I’m up before the sun is up. I am up before the neighbors children are at the bus stop. I bust my ass still my busted knees scream, and my sprung and broken 5 times ankle is an agony. I have to take 4 asprin just to get through a work out and 3 more 9 hours later. Because the pain never goes away. I take my 500 pound ass out 4 times a week and walk 2 miles non-stop. Chest struggling for air. My enlarged hurt POUNDING. Trying to push blood and oxygen through out my body. This isn’t easy and I never expected it to be. But don’t TRY and discourage me. Because you do not have the want and will to make **** happen. I can and will show you, better than I can tell you.

New workout routine 4X A WEEK (revision)

New workout routine 4X A WEEK
Monday, Wednesday
6AM

Leg Workout with 20lb. Kettle ball
5 x 10 Squats
5 x 10 Side squats (each thigh)
5 x 10 Lunges (each side)

Arm Workout with 20 lb weights
5 x 10 Bicep Curls
5 x 10 Side Lateral raises(each arm)
5 x 10 Triceps extension

30 - 60 minute cardio

Tuesday, Thursday
5 x 10 Leg raises or reverse crunches (call them what you want)
5 x 10 Side crunches with legs (both sides)
5 x 10 Knee Touches
5 x 10 Ankle smacks (obliques)

All with 20# weights
5 x 5 Squats
5 x 5 Side squats (each thigh)
5 x 5 Lunges (each side)

5 x 5 Bicep Curls
5 x 5 Side Lateral raises(each arm)
5 x 5 Triceps extension

30 minute Cardio

Saturday and Sunday
2 mile walk each day

Eating right

Eating right is my biggest problem. I never know what to eat and when its good, I eat all of it. So if you have a great diet and eating system let me know. Or if you know someone that can help let me know.

My goal is 30 pounds by January 2010. All fat if possible.

5-6 small meals a day preferred.

Extracting the Lazy Gene- 5 easy ways to get the lazy out

 I must confess that is hard not to be lazy. When all your life no physical was required of you. For twenty three years of my life. I have been a couch potato. Now after twenty three years. It’s time to become active and fit. I am extracting my lazy gene.

1. JOIN A TEAM OR SOMETHING REQUIRING PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FOR FUN.

 Having fun makes you forget your exercising. All my life I have been obese. I was 150 pounds, 4 feet something entering middle school. In 2000 I entered high school weighing double that. Yes, 300 pounds at 5ft., 3in. That’s when all my middle school friends dropped the baby fat. Everyone was thin or fit. But my baby fat didn’t move. So I came up with a solution. Join something that requires physical activity. That first semester I joined AFJROTC. Every Friday we had PT (Physical Training). The second semester I joined the soccer team (weighing 350 lbs). Thank my parent for being natural athletes. For soccer we practice every day for two hours after school. We had two games a week for three months. Though I was big for a soccer player, I was fast and I was determined. I worked my butt of for my team. I did everything all the other team mates had to do. I gave no excuses. At the end of the season, I was 40 pounds lighter and down 3 pants sizes.

2. UNPLUG THE TV, COMPUTERS AND VIDEO GAME SYSTEMS (unless it’s a Wii)

Television is one of the worst and best inventions ever. T.V is a physical activity killer. Especially if you have certain shows you love. You have to let go of the television for a couple of hours a day. When I wake up I do not turn any electronics for the first three hours. In that three hours. I have organized my day, ate breakfast and had a quick work out.

3. CLEAN HOUSE

 This one is good if you like a clean house, room or etc. You will be surprise how household chores works your body. When you sweep you’re working your triceps and shoulders. Plus a few other muscle groups depend on how you sweep. Mopping works your midsection and triceps. Vacuuming works your biceps.

4. FRIENDS & FAMILY

Challenge your family and friends. See who can lose the most weight within a certain time frame. Start a team with family or friends and join run/walk marathons. You’ll have fun, be active and it’s for charity. Have day where everyone goes to play softball, volley ball and etc. Go bowling with friends (see #1).

5. ADOPT A PET (PERFERABLY ONE THAT NEEDS TO BE WALKED)

Adopting a pet is great idea. You will save an animal from the pound, and gain a new friend. If you don’t want them to poop, urinate in your home, you have to walk them. A lot of animals like humans have bone and joint problems too. Bone and joint problems can get worse with age and lack of activity. So having pet can benefit both you and the pet. You will create a bond and better health.

NO LOUD MUSIC

I recently discovered that I work better in the gym with slow sexy music. My favorite being Sade. Fast music makes me just want to run up to ppl in the gym and sing. So I changed my whole workout playlist.

I’m going to die!

I always revisit this conversation with myself. I am young! I’m 23, 5′4, 475 lbs. I have an enlarge heart, hypothyroidism,diabetes. I am constantly depressed, reclusive and angry.When I look in the mirror some time. I find myself standing there for a hour. Just thinking about ways to end my life. But I know that’s a chicken shit way to deal with a problem. I’m also the largest person in my family (both mom and dads side). Though God had blessed me this far and I’m thankful to be alive. But I feel if I don’t help myself. I won’t see my 24 birthday.

I’m my mothers only child and no parent should have to bury their child!
