hi to all my friends first of all ,and i hope ya missed me…lol,after a few minor injuries and some other obsticals,i have once again returned to the gym on a regular basis,i really havent had any weight gain as far as fat goes so i should be back to my program quickly,hope all of u are doin great as well…see you at the gym!!!

hi all… it has been a tuff road but im happy to say that i have lost almost 60 pounds and my body fat had dropped quite a bit.i still havnet posted any pics..( sHAME ON ME).. BUT THEY ARE COMMING I PROMISE.

im realy trying to shed this fat but it seems to be going so slow…im eating boiled and baked chicken breasts, tuna like its goin out of style, salads with light dressings, i spend about 30 to 45 min on the elipticals, and my work outs usually last about 1hr an a half average.ive just recently cut out the brown rice and all breads to cut some carbs. ive even started taking hydroxycut hardcore to help move things along am i on the right track ? or am i missing something?

im so close now… that 300# bench is gonna get distroyed! New pics are comming at the end of the month along with my new stats… Ill be sure to have them in by the first. thanks again to all my friends for the support and advice…..

thanks to all my friends who give me support and advice its great to have friends that know what you want to accomplish. i am feeling very positive about my goal for this month which is to reach the 300 lb bench mark.i am training hard and eating right , i know ive got a ways to go befor i get to the point of "shirtless pride" lol but i feel i am getting closer with every passing day and looking in the mirror tells no lie either thanks again to all my friends that help keep me goin in the right direction

i found myself on a flat bench pressing 250 a lil easier now,with my goal of 300 by the end of the month approaching i can help but smile.on the wide chest press i did manage to pump out 3 good reps at 300..some how seems easier on this peice of equip than a regular flat bench..hmmm any answers?? wish me luck as i zero in on my next victim!!!!..lol

today i updated my measurements and found that my waist size has stayed the same even tho its more toned,and my clothes fit looser, i was thinking i had dropped at leat a size or two..funny how that works out.. starting monday i am going to incorperate hanging leg lifts to my work out hopefully that will tighten up the lower abs like i am lookin for.i am also considering adding ab hyper extentions(roman chair )ill get those abs if it takes all summer to do it!!

today i set a new high for my bench..5 reps @250.. 2 weeks ago i could only get 3 . i really want to tap that 300 # mark by the end of the month.im really working hard on my benches,incline , decline , wide,and dumbell flys. as far as my legs go im pressing 300 # for 3 sets of 20… really need to get those wheels goin…tired of skinny legs…just what my ginetics delt me…sux thanks to all of u that give me support really helps!!
