					<description>I have been on medication for high cholesterol and triglycerides for several years.  All I can tell you is that I have been able to get off of the cholesterol medication by eating clean and lifting 4-5 days a week.  You might hold off on the medication, if you can.  I hope it works out.  Good luck.</description>
