Day#2
Wednesday, June 17th, 2009I woke up a bit sore but its just that I sprained something while dancing… Anyhow I woke up today drank 2 8oz glasses of water, prepared our food for today I went for a 1/2 hour fast walk. My breakfast was 1/2 cup of spelt cereal with flax seed oil and almond milk and bee pollen. 10:30am i had 1/2 egg omelette, 1:30pm have a pork chop and small salad, 4:30pm protein shake, 6pm exercise
