LDL is high I need help

ALL< i just found out my LDL is high.  158

Doctor wants to put me on Lipotor but I don’t want to.  I have also reviewed my diet and have taken out some possible contributing factors.  Any help from all of you out there is needed.

Brkfast - oatmeal 1/2 cup with water

Mid morning - shake whey and water

lunch - one piece of chkn and green beans

I have been naughty for one reason or the next i have not been doing what I set out to do.  THe worst part I eat and I get sick. Time and Time again.  So I think I am done with the drama. 

Brkfast - 1 egg whole

10:30am a piece of pork small

1:39pm one rib pork

4:15pm i will have shake

6 will try to squeeze in running

7pm light dinner

6:am  drank 2 glasses of 8oz water, drank Gaspari 250 two scoops with water, ran for about 30 min and did butt exercise.  Brkfast had 1 whole egg and 2 whites, one 8 oz of water.  For Lunch I brought chiken, sweet potatoes and a yogurt sauce no fat.

6:am  drank 2 glasses of 8oz water, drank Gaspari 250 two scoops with water, ran for about 30 min and did butt exercise.  Brkfast had 1 whole egg and 2 whites, one 8 oz of water.  For Lunch I brought chiken, sweet potatoes and a yogurt sauce no fat.

this morning my husband gave me a one on one session on how to correctly do squats. half hour.  body is hurting.

July 21st I am back!

I once again started exercising.  It is incredible to me how I feel so sluggish from not exercising all this time.  I tried running the same route and I had to stop so many times it made me angry, but I did finish.  Then last night while I was surfing on bodybuilding.com I came across a lady mother to 6 children that looked amazing that to me was so fantastic.  Give me something to works towards.

Day #5

Wednesday, June 24th, 2009

I did not make Brazilian Sculpting because of the torrential down pour but I did run for 1 hour. Afterwards cooked dinner for the fam I did not eat until 8pm all i had were eggs scrambled. I am tired I did not sleep all night.  This morning I prepared my chicken I had eggs for Brkfast, 2 coffees with cream (no carbs) 10:30am chicken.  will write as day progresses

Since the Brazilian Sculpting which was last Thursday I could not move at all.  So I did not work out as I was supposed to instead I did get a lesson on stretching my husband explained also that after such a work out I need to drink lots of water.  over the weekend I did stretching and 1/2 hour of walking it helped.  Friday I also went to the doctor for a second opinion on something that was seen on my mammogram and ultrasound turns out it is a cyst I will be going back for a second look in October but bascially the doctor said to eat lots of veggies, fruits, chicken, fish once in a blue moon eat meat and lots of water.  Oh I forgot the doctor weighed me and i lost 1 pound. 139

Yesterday Monday I ate only protein all day.  Today Tuesday I had chicken for breakfast, Coffee with Creamer (no carbs) 10:30 chicken, 1:30pm chicken, 4:30pm protein, today hopefully do Brazilian Sculpting class and then lots of water and sleep.

Day #3

I was able to run last night for 1/2 hour.

Woke up this AM at 5:30am drank 2 8oz of water, prepared today’s food.  Went running on KB for a good hour for breakfast had a piece of chicken (dark meat) and my Omega.  snacks and Lunch pretty much protein.  today my work out will be an hour class brazilian sculpting.
