I just wanted to make a quick post about what is on my mind right now...CARBS! I have a love/hate relationship with carbs - I love the way they taste and feel while I'm eating them (pasta, rice, potatoes, bread, cookies...yes! yes! yes!), but I HATE how my excess consumption of carbs sabotages my fitness goals. Simply put, carbs are my weakness... I saw a cookie on TV last night, so I made a batch of cookies. It's ridiculous, I know.
For now, my goal is to work on controlling my carb cravings, because I feel that if there is one thing holding me back, it's my lack of self-control when it comes to carbs.
