I am having trouble puting on weight. I work out very hard I know I’m suppose to eat more than 3 times a day, but I just need some advice on what to eat, at what time. I can go on the internet on get Coleman’s diet, but in the real world we all know that we can’t eat fish, steak and chicken all the time,much less 2 and three servings each sitting. So please everyone throw some advice to me.

Yesterday I went to doing dumbells, and the diffrence I feel is unbeleivable. I feel tight and sore, and plus i have my workout partner back which does make a ton of diffrence when it comes to pushing that last 1 or 2 reps. For the winter I will probably do more flat bench barbell, but in the rest of the summer it will probably be the dumbells. Everyone continue to work hard…..

I stepped on the scale the other night like I always do, and in the last two weeks I have dropped 13 lbs. I know that summer has a little to do with it but that is a real discouraging. Some one help me with this. I have not changed the intesity of my training any still hard at it, I do change up the routine to stay fresh….Someone help me with this !!
