Supplements cause liver damage

Ever thought when buying supplements what actually goes into them? After reading the ingredients, do you ever ponder what the hell that ingredent is?

Only last year i found my liver was unable to cope with my fat intake it co-insided with me taking body-building supplements  - Promax from maxi-muscle, i had previously taken cyclone and promax before 2006. Now research has proven that body-building type of supplements is not good for our liver. If the problem is not resolved you will die slowly.

AST (SGOT) and ALT (SGPT) are sensitive indicators of liver damage from different types of disease. But it must be emphasized that higher-than-normal levels of these liver enzymes should not be automatically equated with liver disease. They may mean liver problems or they may not.

The normal range of values for AST (SGOT) is from 5 to 40 units per liter of serum (the liquid part of the blood). The normal range of values for ALT (SGPT) is from 7 to 56 units per liter of serum.

Here some of the known ingredents which cause liver damage: sodium usniate, yohimbine, and phenylpropanolamine (PPA),  Guanidinopropionic Acid (GPA).

Most importantly, before you supplement with something, do your research and KNOW WHAT YOU ARE CONSUMING!
