First day back
Toady was my first day back to the Gym since my little mishap and the fact that the Golds Gym that I belong relocated and just opened today 5 full days to heal after a long 2 weeks at work and some pretty good workouts while I was there.
Today was chest so after scouting out the new surroundings I made my way to the DB rack and did Incline db’s. I warmed up doing 40’s for 15 then 50’s for 10. There, warm up done. Grabbed the 80’s for 10×3 then 100’s for 6×2. To the BB for flat bench 225 4×8 then finished off with flat db flys till sore. Finished up my session with cardio on the treadmill for 50mins, 30 min walk 20 min really lite jog not to over do it on my ankle.
