    I have been reading you website very well set up site also very informational. I have about the same goals as you Im about 6′ tall 165lbs currently. My goal is to get to 200 lbs by May 08. I am in the Army and deployed right now and I have been working out in the gym here. I have tried all the product you have mentioned and they work ok but the main thing is to make sure you eat full three meals a day meats(protein) chicken, steak- no processed meat hotdogs, lunch meat ect. also eat good carbs potatos, noddles n gravy and try to eat veggies. Sugar also help gain weight so try to eat cookies and donuts. I take a protein shake with (powder creatine) and eat two donuts, faster processing to muscles, 9am eat lunch at 12pm eat a snake around 3 to 4 pm it can be anything perferably high calories then eat chow at 6 then I get done with my army work in office then hit gym at 9pm but drink protein before going and I take NaNOx9 before workout. I get done around 1030 I do no cardio because of fast matabolism (I box one day a week for cardio on my shoulder workout day) then I take another protein shake with powder 5gr creatine. I joined last sept the military and have gained 30 pounds because of the full meals they feed us. I also eat a midnight chow here at 1130 pm, I wait hr or so after I take protein shake because too much protein at once just gets wasted. I dont know if you have fast metabolism but I would lay of the hydroxycut no good for you trying to gain. I am using some of musletech protein but do not like it and its a waste of money for what you get. If you want check out the product ON premium nutritin, 100% instantized protein 1scoop contains 24 gr of protein I take two to get more and its a 10lb bag $63 last for a month only downfall not as much calories. Taste and mixes by far the best Ive ever seen and doesnt make you full so you cant eat either you can use two scoops in 8 oz water. I also advise you to take a muti vitamin or almino acids made by same company too. you can get best deal by buying off internet website is www.vitaminshoppe.com shop by brand. I am gaining about 1 to 2 lbs a week also gaining in strenth too. My workout consist of MON- chest n tricept TUE- Legs(caves, quad, hemstring) situps WED- biceps n back THUR- Shoulders n traps and cardio FRI- chest, biceps, triceps SAT n SUN rest body let musles heal and continue to eat and drink protein shake same way 7 days a week if you stay motivated you will achive your goal. PAIN IS ONLY WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY. PUSH HARD ARMY HOOAH.
