					<description>That sucks about the meds... May I ask which one you're taking? (If you don't mind, could you reply in a comment so I get a notice?) I can't recall if I asked which you're taking and I'm wondering if its what my moms are on.</description>

					<description>I was also a slave to the almighty scale at one time.  My advice to you - put it under the bed, in the closet or in the garbage, but do not, I repeat, DO NOT weigh yourself until you see a change in the way that your clothes fit.  Or until you can get into a smaller size.  Then pull the scale out.  You'll be pleasantly surprised. If you know that the medication is going to make you gain weight, you're going to have to change your w/o routine and maybe do your cardio either first thing in the AM or right after weight training.   Your glycogen levels (your stored carbs) are lower at these times, making it easier for your body to access and burn stored fat.  If you can't work out at those times, then try about 2 to 2 1/2 hours after a meal so that  your blood glucose levels are not so high that all you burn is carbs.  You want to be sure you're also burning fat.  Hope this helps and good luck.  Stay safe :-)</description>
