					<description>What specifically rules out the leg extensions? Is it your knees or something else?

Old school sissy squats (not shallow squats), close stance leg press (do them with raised heels on the balls of your feet for extra quad isolation), and lunges which have already been mentioned. Sumo deadlifts will isolate the inner thigh for the most part.</description>
