Most of us will have the day off from work, tomorrow. If you have an opportunity, please take a minute of your day to give honor to the men and women who serve and protect this great country. They are away from their families without the comfort and convenience of amenities that we take for granted. Please stop for a moment and say a prayer for our troops around the world.
‘Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. I ask this in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.’
To the military service men and women, THANKS!
And to all, have a great Labor Day!

This is day two since the doctor has informed me that I can gradually get back into working out and tae kwon do/hap ki do. My workout starts at 3:00AM and ends around 4:20-4:30AM. I start with cardio. In PT, I was doing 15 min cycle, 15 min NuStep, and 20-30 min running a treadmill that is in a pool. So, I am following the same routine, with the exception that I run in the pool. There is no treadmill. Followed by lifting, working two-three body parts, i.e., chest/back/shoulders.

I was excited when I met my 10% goal, last weekend. To some, it may not be alot, but anyone who dealt with IV Steriod Treatment knows the side effect of steriods and the struggle people have with weight gain. On August 8, I set a goal to lose 20 pounds in 12 weeks. It has only been three weekends, and I have lost 8.8 lbs so I am well on my way.
Also, I want to give a shout out to those who have provided guidance and sound advice as well as encouragement. Thanks!

August 16, attended Europa Super Show. I had a blast and the opportunity to meet some amazing people. Learned a great deal about supplements; however, I am sure there is much more to learn. Like the say, "learning is a life-long process." Much peace to you.

Today is another rainy day in paradise, and the rain is much needed. It is also the day that I turned 46. After college, life seems to pass right by so it is important to enjoy the journey called life. Headed to the gym early, 40 minutes of cardio; followed by weight training and TKD. Had a doctor’s appointment; BP was slightly high, but otherwise everything was ok. Trying to make up my mind whether or not I will be attending the Euro Supershow. I am excited because it will be my first time that I attending a BB show.
