Why
Why did I get started in woking out thats easy. I started having back problems last year having trouble standing very long couldn’t hold my grandkids very long so I had a MRI on 10/15/06 and found that I have a herniated disc. So I tried medication for awhile with not much success. Then I fell into a little bit of depression for a few months. Then one day I decided the only way to get better was to take good look at my self. I was 47 yrs. old overweight and didn’t like the way I looked. So I decided to start eating healthier and began working out. The first couple weeks on that treadmill were a killer but it’s getting alot easier now.
