Things definitely picking up.  Knee is still messed up so no leg workouts or cardio for the time being.  However diet is pretty good and upperbody is coming along.  So I wont complain since Im leaning out just doing this.  Stoked has turned out to be a great product and has opened my eyes to test boosters.

Did a light bicep workout tonight.  Just trying to gauge recovery.  Feeling pretty decent.  My right front delt seems to be the only thing dragging.  So Im just gonna break back in easy this week and hopefully it’ll be back to balls to the walls.  Even the light work feels good.  Heading in the right direction.

Monday, January 12th, 2009

Things were going good.  Been dropping weight and gaining mass.  Strength is up.  However yesterday, I got into an accident and got messed up pretty good.  Cant even move my right arm.  Hopefully a full recovery is coming soon.

I think I’ll be using this section more now than ever.  I’ve never really kept track of my training like most people do.  However, change in this department would probably be to my benefit.  I recently had some personal issues in my life and a knee injury that has thrown my training out the window.  Im starting to walk almost normal and Im ready to get it on.  I have balloned to 235 lbs and am extremely out of shape.  Within the last two weeks I have dropped 5 lbs from my diet and little training.  My knee is getting better everyday, so results should be forthcoming.

Things are going great.  My weight went up a pound but Im pretty sure its muscle.  Cardio is becoming easier and my delts are gaining definition and most other muscle groups have gained volume.  My goal is ultimately be at 205 and lean.  I know it’ll be hard right not because of my two goals.  Gain muscle while losing fat.  It sucks watching the scale stay in place or move up the pound that it did.  But I know what the mirror is saying as well as the tape measure.  Im still fat and out of shape, but not for long.

Just got back to creatine use.  Getting over being sick for almost 2 weeks.  At first I kept using it then I couldnt take the nausea.  Then couldnt get through a workout.  Now Im back in full swing and starting to feel as strong as proir to being sick.  I have maintained my weight so not is all lost.

Almost a week with cell-tech and havent gained any weight which is what I was wanting to do.  It is doing what creatine does and Im not gaining any excess water weight even though there is a little bloat happening.  I actually have weighed in a pound less two days in a row.  I dont usually count losses until I weigh 5-7 consecutive days at that weight so we will see.
