well after finally getting to get back into lifting and eating correctly, I managed to show myself how retarded i can be. I went in and did a pretty decent set with chest and tri’s. came home, had my protien and glutamine and evertyhing.. i went to the store and bought 2 dozen eggs for the morning. wellll here is where it gets good
i set the eggs in the pot and let em sit on the stove and everything.. so far so good.
EXCEPT i left the stove running while i went with my buddy to the restaurant to pick up food then went to my buddy’s house to play madden
yep
came home.. house smelled like about 14 burnt eggs
great
didn’t know that if you hard boil an egg and continue to cook them untill the water is gone.. that the eggs actually explode all across the house
pretty crazy.. o well
so i boiled some more for tommorow hahaha
great.

K I just finished circuit training with the rest of the guys I’m deployed here for about an hour..didn’t get a chance to go to the gym last night so I decided since I have about 30 minutes left until i got to clean up and work..I’ll lift a little to warm me up for doing it tonight.
Maybe it was a bad idea or what..
I was doing barbell overhead press (military) with 195lbs and on my second set 5 rep in, I have a sharp pain from the right side of my neck down the right side of my shoulder/back
son of a bitch. well it Kills right now and I’m sure it will kill for the rest of the day. . but hell… I’ll do it all over again tonight.. cause I can..
Bigger, Stronger or Hurt… that’s what I want

so its been about a month and a half that I have been really into the supps and I feel that they are kicking in. Problem is, I dont know if I’m feeling the right side effects. I take 17HD to increase my testosterone and increase my endurance/aggression in the gym. I’ve noticed it works. With a combination of Hardcore music and testosterone booster, I feel like I can lift the entire rack. –Problem– I cant haha. I was doing standing cable curls and was trying to breath in rythym with my lifts… well I was breathing way too hard and lifting juussssst enough to where I stopped for one second….. I blacked out for like a half second.. yep.. ended up sittin on the ground with my buddy laughing at me
second time I looked like an idiot this week
other one was I was doing seated dumbell overhead presses with 80’s and I was on my last set last rep when a hottie wakled in (which isn’t normal here in the desert) and my spotter let me drop the left side on my own head.. yep… almost went out again
maybe next week I’ll tear something.. who knows
no breaks allowed though

I ran a 5k on monday morning. went to work. did shoulders and legs. real hard legs.
then I did a local bootcamp exercise the next morning. went to work. did back and bi’s. this morning woke up and did chest and tri’s.
now I can barely move. It feels as if my muscles are trying to grow and strengthen
but it also feels like they are going to fall off
I can barely walk or lift anything up.
Im laying in bed right now and I really am trying to get up .. but… haha
what should I do?

For most of my life, I have been pretty heavy. When I use to play football in High School, I would be up to 220lbs. Once the season would end, I would have to scurry down to 170lbs. for wrestling. I have always lost weight in drastic measures which has left me with a horrible metabolism. Now that high school has been over for 4 years and I have been active duty military, the job I do requires me to be in shape but doesn’t allow me time to get to where I need to be.
I have been deployed for 4 months now. I have been going to the gym pretty much everyday. I was at 250lbs. when Deployed with a 40 in. waist. I now am at 36 in. and 235 lbs. I have been eating healthy and trying to sleep right. I have been introduced into the world of supplements (which I DO believe they really really help). I feel a lot healthier. I knew I was in trouble because I scored pretty bad on my PT test before I deployed. Now, I feel I have a fighting chance.
I am new to the scheduled and smart side of physical training and health. I would like help from every angle.
