I like the &amp;amp;#34;warmed up the shoulders with bands&amp;amp;#34; part. What did you use? bicycle innertubes?

I weigh about 2/3 what you do. I'd be strutting like a peacock if I could do 2/3 the overhead press.
(thats also known as a military press, no?)

You make me feel like jumping back into the gym for a second round.</description>
