Cardio or Weight training?
I want to lose BF and lean out. I have lost 10 pounds since August. I am starting to see muscles on lower legs and I think they are getting too big.
Should I focus more on cardio and risk getting all saggy or continue to weight train?
What is the most efficient way to burn fat and lean out?

Never give up weight training, whether trying to add muscle or lean out. Doing just cardio will turn you into the proverbial "skinny fat". Esp if you’re not getting enough protein in the diet. Speaking of which…..80% of losing BF is NOT adding more cardio, it’s staying strict w/ clean eating. I’ve learned that lesson the hard way…….consistent hard workouts don’t compensate for a mediocre diet when trying to lose BF.
Congrats on lbs lost since Aug.

I say keep with the weights.. diet is huge, make sure you are eating properly. What do you do for cardio? I’m a big believer in sprint intervals 3x week, I’ll even try to do 4.
Try 5 minutes warm-up
30 seconds on (9 out of 10 for effort)
90 seconds rest
Repeat this 6 times and cooldown for 5
I do this on the stairmaster cause I hate running, but you can do elliptical, running etc

Definitely stick with the weights. Once you decrease your BF, your legs won’t look so full. They’ll be nice and lean.
I do cardio no less than 3 days a week and do whatever it takes to burn 500-600 calories per session.

Agreed keep with the weights. You have to remember that everyone’s different, but with most women you won’t lose fat in your upper legs and mid section first. Just because your legs are looking overall larger doesn’t mean that its not beneficial. Like Shan said, once you’re getting to where arms, delts, etc. are more leaned out first, then your legs will follow suit and its better to be in that situation than having to build up your legs again.
As for best way to lean out, it comes down to intense training (whatever it may be) and more importantly nutrition. Workouts absolutely cannot offset food intake. When that’s dialed in, the rest will come much faster.

Do both cardio & weightlift.I would alternate every other day.I saw where you are worried about backside. If you do lunges, squats and hamstring curls and /or deadlifts. You will be fine.

Never give up the weights. Skinny legs can never beat out curvy nice muscular legs. As you build muscle you will find your overall BF will decrease significantly. Cardio is important for overall healthy, but diet is the sole source for getting the real ripped and toned look,
