1 month into the MT trans contest and my progress has really suprised me. i’ve put on 5-7 lbs of muscle mass, abs are coming in nicely, got some crazy veins and defination in my shoulders and forarms, haven’t taken measurements yet so no official numbers yet. I’m also up in every lift and have had no real set backs, i still truely believe i’m gonna win this thing.

i keep hearing people talk about the natural high they get after a workout, and i was just wondering what exercises i need to do to get high. I DID (not do) my fare share of drugs and they felt waaaaay better than how i feel after a workout, so let me know what exercises get you high.

in the last 4 weeks i have not take more than 1 day off from lifting and i think today will be the day that makes 2 off day. my legs still sore from squats on wed. fore arms sore for the last few days as well, so i’m gonna chill today and hit it hard again tomorrow…. F-it ill do abs today hahaha

this week was a tough one, there were a few set backs that kill my motovation but i work through it. My cousin had emergency surgery and is pretty f-d up, a friend died, caught my brother stealing from me….. just a collection of shit. But i really feel working out has kept me sane. RIP fat dom

i was out last night and i was lucky enough to see a fight outside a 7-11. that’s not the crazy part the crazy part is the fight was started with a Stone Cold Stunner! the 2 kids were yelling back and forth then bam! stunner! mabye the funniest thing ever saw…… by the way the Stone Cold Stunner only works in wresting the steve austin kid got his ass beat after that.

my main goal is size….. how many times a week is too much to work out… im currently 4 days a week i want to do 5 so i can isolate each group and hit it really good. Please send me your thoughts.
