					<description>if your training is split properly then you should be fine training 5 days a week. The biggest thing that will affect your size is what you eat and when you eat it. Be sure to get protein in you before and after a workout. Also be to make sure take in a lot of carbs after your workout, but as the day goes on your carb intake should go down. However if you workout in the evening then you still need to get some carbs in your body after a workout. If your gonna workout 5 days a week then do it with all your might, but watch what you eat. Eating a lot of the right foods at the right time will help you get the size you're looking for. LATA</description>
