i finaly feel as though i am back on track after my recent move.The complex has a pretty nice gym but there aare no barbells!!!!!!!! so i had to go get my barbell for the parents house and a bunch of plates for dead lifting and for squats i must stick to hack and front squats cause i had no room for any type of rack. but i am umphortable i can make good progress with what i have. pics to follow
