i really need a new scale, mine has been broken for probly 3 weeks now and with the MT contest winding down its making me very anxious. I need to physicaly see my weight go up on a scale even though i can tell i’m gaining weight. i stepped on a scale at work the other day and was 212.5 but i had all my cloths and boots on so i still have no accurate number. Also i squated 160 lbs 20 reps strait yesterday, that hurt alot and completely drained everything i had which wasn’t good cause it was the 1st exercise a HIT routine i was fighting the pukes the entire time. Go ME!
