i received a great compliment when my girl friend was insulting me yesterday, she said ewww!!!! when i showed her my quad after doing squats. i now can see like 3 diffferent muscles in my thigh and they are big hahaha i was flattered

i really need a new scale, mine has been broken for probly 3 weeks now and with the MT contest winding down its making me very anxious. I need to physicaly see my weight go up on a scale even though i can tell  i’m gaining weight.  i stepped on a scale at work the other day and was 212.5 but i had all my cloths and boots on so i still have no accurate number. Also i squated 160 lbs 20 reps strait yesterday, that hurt alot and completely drained everything i had which wasn’t good cause it was the 1st exercise a HIT routine i was fighting the pukes the entire time.  Go ME!

i jumped on the HIT band wagon this week. Itts definatly a fun change of pace from a heavy split routine, but hard as hell. If i don’t see any gains by the end of 2 weeks i’ll change my routine to something that has worked in the past for me, that way i can finish the MT contest strong. Still planning to win

final month

In this my final month of the MT contest, i have kicked it into overdrive. i have been eating like a mad man and good foods too. The only bad thing is that my scale has been broken for about a month so i not sure where my weight is at but the way i been eating the last few weeks i have  to be close to 210.  Body fat has also gone down to what i don’t know  but there is some new defination in shoulders  chest arms and abs, striations i believe they are called and my girl loves them.

wtf is B12 and why is it in everything

if anybody knows what vitamin b12 is or what is does or anything about it please let me know. Aparently i consume about 12000% of my daily requirements.  The crap is in everything. how much is too much?
