So training has been going quite well. Ive been lifting great with awsome gains and awsome form.
I am squating 35kg at 15 reps which i think is fantastic!
I am barbell rowing 40kg at 15 reps yay! and dumbbell rowing 20kg at 15 reps
My biceps are coming along slowly but they are growing, triceps are hanging in there not too much gain I dont think.
My shoulders are quite good, though they have always been ok, and my chest well its hard to tell, ive lost my boobs (not that there was too much there anyways) but i dont really know how to flex the chest but its always sore after a workout so im ok with that.
im starting to find that gym training and Martial Arts training are clashing. i always go all out at gym i have no choice with my trainer, but martial arts is starting to lack energy. i guess i need to wait it out. i also think im low in iron which doesnt help.
been a bit low this week training wise. im still fully motivated and all but my energy feels so low. had a leg workout yesterday and im sore today but i felt like i should have done better.
me just having a cry lol.
