I’m going to concentrate more on shoulders than usual. I haven’t really given them much direct work in while or at least it was limited in volume. Having side delts really pop out is impressive and one area I can improve.

Used the assisted chin up station, feel weak doing it but did about 5 sets 10. Really feeling it in the back today.
