three weeks
Wednesday, October 14th, 2009i’ve been back in the game now for about three weeks. it feels great. i didn’t want to post something sooner cause something usually happens to halt my progress, so far so good. been doing light weight with high reps (around 15). next week i’m start heavy lifting for a couple of weeks then go back to light lifting to get my body used to the switch. been a long time since i’ve been able to lift, more than 6 months so the weights i use are VERY light and is embarrasing so i’m not posting my workouts yet. hope i can keep going and gain the weight i lost back pretty soon.
