There is something call cavemen training. Suppose to be more intense than crossfit. Do a search. It involves strenght, power, endurance, speed and you burn tons of fat while increasing muscle size. Look for a martial arts artist trainer. Hope that helps.

One of the most hardcore things I can recall and I am not even sure where I read or saw this but here goes....Arnold and one of his lifting buddies back in the seventies used to have squat wars. They would pick a weight and do one set as many reps as they could. then the others turn. Back and forth back and forth until neither one of them could do one rep with that weight. then they drop the weight and repeat.....drop the weight and repeat....and so on until a winner could be determined. The winner was not the one who did more reps in total, but the one who didn't fall over first. when they did this he said some nights they would do literally 500 reps over the course of several hours.......sounds crazy to me, but that is the most hardcore thing I recall. If you do try that I would love to hear how your doing the next day!

add plyometrics in between your sets. that is push ups, pull ups, chins, step ups on the bench w/ dbs, mountain climbers with the bosu ball. Anything you can think of that is intense and agility. Feels like bursts of energy, and will get you drenched in less than 5 min:)
