					<description>Sorry to hear about your fiasco for dinner.  I was craving  PF Changs and the wait was 1 1/2 hrs, so went across the parking lot and got the Greenery Marketplace which was a better coice after all because I had chicken breast spinach salad.  For abs, that one is tricky but work them as any other bodypart.  Some people work them out every day, others every other and others  times a week.  You need to find what works for you but I really believe that abs is more than 90% diet because you work them in the majority of the other workouts you do for other bodyparts.  Quality is better than quantity and you must work every angle (upper, lower and obliques). I think that the numbers of reps in  a set are not important....the most important fact is when they start burning...then, start counting. (-: Hope that helps.  Lower your fat intake fot those abs to show.  Use a thermo if needed.</description>
