Seeing the results on and off the field
Yesterday marked the beginning of yet another season on the ball field. As always my team competed in the annual Hooters Tournament in Ft. Wayne Indiana. The tourney did not go our way, (losing all three games), however other did results came out. Since the end of last season, I have been busting my ass trying to get into better shape. The gains that I have achieved in the past 8 months were self evident on/off the field. Even though I gained muscle and size, so did I gain in speed and power on the diamond. I feel better now than I did at the end of last year. This is all do to the fact that I cleaned up my eating and dedicated myself to the gym. I turned my playing edge around. Now in stead of having WTP (warning track power), I am hitting the long ball with some authority. If only I would have decided to do this earlier on in my life who knows what could have been. Although I would not trade my life today for the "what if " life.
Knowing now that I have the tools and the desire to achieve more on/off the field, I have no where to go but up. And belive you me, thats where I plan on going. The gym has taking my playing to another level and has made other aspects in my life even better.
Time will tell what will become of this season, but I do know one thing, it will be one hell of a ride. I can’t wait to see what happens and where else the gym will take me.

Awsome story bro, Keep up, have no doubt you’ll have a great year. You’ll find your legs will still feel good at the end of the season with your training, I know mine did when I started training them preseason!
