Well here we are the day I have been waiting for for some time now, the end of my tour and flight back to the real world. The months that have past by have been of great value to me. First, I have had some of the best workouts in my life, and made great gains. Second, I met some outstanding people that have blessed me with their knowledge and motivation. Finally, I became the type of person that I knew I could be. Through trial and error, I have discovered that life is to short to carry grudges and exccess luggage from the past. The demons that I brought with me here will stay here, and I along with my family will be better for it.

I want to thank all of you who have supported me during this time away from home. Your words and comments have meant the world to me. I take with me from here a new found knowledge and love for the world of fitness, that will last a lifetime. This website and the people who are a part of it are Top Notch in my book. Never in my life would I have guessed that a site like this exsited and that the people in it were so open and friendly. So thanks once again to all of you that made it happen. I look forward to getting home and getting back on here so I can further myself in bodybuilding and fitness.

I also want to take this time to thank my brothers and sisters in arms that are still over here fighting. Even as I go home my thoughts and prayers are with you. You are the best of the best, never forget that. It has been an honor to serve with you and defend our freedoms from abroad. Keep your spirits up, heads down and God Speed to you all.

So this is it, my last post from overseas. Once again thank you all for everything. As always keep pushing and Stay Tuff
