Strength gains, without size gains?
Wednesday, October 14th, 2009I started working out back in late May weighing in at 153, at the time my goal was to gain as much muscle hopefully reaching 180-190 while eating somewhat healthy foods (mainly chicken breasts or tuna). I know at the time I was not taking in enough protein. The supplement I did add was P Tren. While I was taking P Tren I saw great results, my bench went from 205 to 235 and my weight went to 166. One week after I got off P Tren I weighed in at 160 and kept my strength gains.
Keeping the weight I gained I stayed with the same workout for a total of 2 months (June-July), Only to gain 3lbs with no supplements. I then decided to change my workout and up my protein intake some while starting Mass Tabs and Animal M stak. Without a change in strength my weight went to 170 by the end of the bottle.
Now I’m On the same workout for the 2′nd month straight(August-September) and I weigh 159 and bench 245…
Any recommendations would be appreciated still tryin to get to 190..
