Strength gains, without size gains?
I started working out back in late May weighing in at 153, at the time my goal was to gain as much muscle hopefully reaching 180-190 while eating somewhat healthy foods (mainly chicken breasts or tuna). I know at the time I was not taking in enough protein. The supplement I did add was P Tren. While I was taking P Tren I saw great results, my bench went from 205 to 235 and my weight went to 166. One week after I got off P Tren I weighed in at 160 and kept my strength gains.
Keeping the weight I gained I stayed with the same workout for a total of 2 months (June-July), Only to gain 3lbs with no supplements. I then decided to change my workout and up my protein intake some while starting Mass Tabs and Animal M stak. Without a change in strength my weight went to 170 by the end of the bottle.
Now I’m On the same workout for the 2′nd month straight(August-September) and I weigh 159 and bench 245…
Any recommendations would be appreciated still tryin to get to 190..
