Im starting now and its crunch time! im stepping on the stage in less than 2 months and i couldnt be more excited! Im finally training for a purpose. I got my diet, my training all in check and its only up hill from here, time to get ripped! ABS HERE I COME! Now, this is my first comp and will be arranging a posing routine to my style! I got the song, the trunks. Everything is in place and now i just need to do it!</p>

You decide which 10 days you want help with. If its once a week or 5 times a week for 2 weeks, it is totally up to you! Im nervous but confident at the same time. Im confident because i know what i can achieve with my body. But nervous because im scared of rejection/losing. I dont want to lose, i never do (Except at snowboarding and WII Golf). But im nervous to step on the stage, with so many thoughts running through my mind, concentrating on each muscle flexing and holding the pose, what routine should i do? should i incooperate dancing? i can dance so should i do that? would i look stupid? is that what they look for? i dont know!!!!!! I digress, im nervous but confident is what i boils down to, any suggestions or comments???

<p>Member must be an active member! if I looked at their last sign on and it was over 30 days ago, not elegible.</p>
<p>Member must NOT be a professional Bodybuilder or competeitor. THE ONLY reason this is, is because i started this with the intent of getting those out there who are EVERYDAY people. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am writing this blog because i have been asked why i do not like supps and why i do not like testosterone boosters. With that being said this is MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION and i have NO PROOF that this product caused this. Was it just a coincidence??/ hmmmmmm I DOUBT IT but hey ya never know&#8230;</p>
<p> In 2004 i decided to take a supplement called 4AD&#8230;ever heard of it??? well i took this supplement for about 5 months, got big, strong and ripped, it had twice the testosterone and twice the ephedra as any other drug on the market. I took it for 5 months and then stopped&#8230;..</p>
<p> About 4 weeks after i stopped taking 4AD i noticed something in my chest, it was around my nipple and it started feeling sensetive and hurt to the touch&#8230;.eventually about 1 month later it was hard as a rock and hurt like hell&#8230;.</p>
<p>I went to the doctor and they THOUGHt it was Breast cancer, but seeing as how breast cancer in men is highly unlikely in BOTH of the breasts they decided to do more research and asked if i took any supps&#8230;.and of coarse i said YES&#8230;</p>
<p> Turns out i had a disease called GYNACAMASTIA, which is a muscle tissue build up in the nipple. Caused by an increase testosterone levels. I had to have Surgery to remove the tissue from my nipple, drain tubes inserted into the side of my pec and drained the fluids that returned&#8230;..</p>
<p>THey pulled out two grape size chunks of muscle tissue build up&#8230;&#8230;.gross huh??</p>
<p> well thats why im not a big fan of supps&#8230;..take this as you will, again this is MY OPINION and MY STORY&#8230;..and i have the scars to prove it <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> :) take care thanks for stopping by
