I just recieved mine in the mail today. I am not trying to build a body of a body builder because it's just not something I am into. but, i do want to have a more functionally stable body. I mean I see brandytko's take on it being easy for certain exercises. But if you look at gymnasts don't they use thier own body weight and have OUTSTANDING bodies. But I can see her point. i can't wait to use it.

I have tried some exercises with TRX, but some seem too easy, body weight bicep curls, pushups, etc., perhaps adding a weighted vest would help. The routines I did were under guidance of a PT and were limited to only 3 or 4 exercises. Have yet to try some of the other routines. Great for core stabilizers.

Suspension training is awesome! One of the trainers at my gym is an Olympic Sprinter. Well, he made the finals, so he was almost an Olympic sprinter, haha. He brought in his TRX Suspension a few months ago and we've all been using it on ourselves and our clients and it's some intense stuff! Looks hella easy in the pictures and when you see someone else do it, but it's no joke! Great write up! Good luck witht he comp man!
