Contest prep, chest day 1
Ok Well yesterday i did chest for the first time in 3 days and i have to say WOW, there is nothing like training your chest after a short break. ALSO nothing is like training for a competition, when your looking in the mirror and you can literally see and visualize your chest on comp day!!! It was an amazing feeling.
decline bench - 225 x 20, 275 x 10, 275 x 10, 295 x 8, 275 x 10
Flat Bench - 225 x 15, 255 x 8, 255 x 8, 245 x 10
Incline DB - 80 x 15, 95 x 12, 100 x 10, 75 x 16
Weighted Dips - 100lb db x 15×15x15×12x10
Cable Flyes - 4 sets of 25.
AMAZING day and today i feel amazing!!!!!

WOW, every way I count it, that is a crap load of weight. Man I thought I was cool reppin 225 for 10, but , 20,never. Hope to get back down and check in with ya.
