Day 3 of Daves Training (Legs)
Well today i did Legs and WOW this workout killed me with the Lunges…..
Legs
Leg Extensions - 4 sets - 110/15, 140/12, 160/8, 160/8
Barbell Squats - 4 sets - 245/12, 255/10, 255/10, 275/8
Leg Press - 3 sets - 8 plates/12, 10 plates/9, 12 plates/7
Long Stride Lunges - 4 sets - 40/15, 50/12, 60/12, 60/10, 70/8
Stiff Legged Deadlift - 3 sets - 205/12, 225/10, 225/10
Lying Leg Curls - 3 sets - 90/15, 110/12, 110/8

Havent ever tried lunges…I’ll do em next leg day and report back.

Congrats, you look great. I remeber training aboard ship while out to sea. Lifting on a listing ship developed all those little stabalizing muscles pretty well.
I remeber jumping up and grabbing the rungs of the catwalk for pullups while standing watch in the engine room and supersetting pullups with pushups. It kept me awake and fit.
You can bodybuild almost anywhere that you have a mind to.
I stayed with it for 45 years now. You can too.
