Day 2 of Daves Training(Shoulders/Bis/Tris)
Well my second was as tough, neve trained all three parts together, shoulders/bis/tris, wow this was a tough one!!!!!
Shoulders/Bis/Tris
DB Shoulder Press - 3 sets - 75/12, 85/10, 95/8
Lateral Raises - 4 sets - 30/15, 35/12, 40/10, 40/10
Bent Over Laterals - 3 sets - 30/12, 30/12, 35/10
Behind Back barbell shrugs - 4 sets - 205/12, 225/10, 225/8, 245/8
Close Grip Bench Press - 4 sets - 185/12, 205/10, 225/8, 225/6
Tricep Pressdown - 4 sets - 160/12, 160/12, 160/10, 160/8
Seated DB curl - 4 sets - 40/12, 45/10, 45/10, 50/6
Standing Barbell Curl - 3 sets - 95/12, 95/10, 95/8
