Day 1 of Dave’s Training(Chest/Back)
Well this week i started Dave’s (Brett123) training routine. He put me on a 2-1 split and its something im not used to at all so my body is going to be shocked into new growth…..lets do this!
Chect/Back
Barbell Bench Press - 4 sets - 235/12, 245/10, 255/8, 255/8
Incline DB Press(45 degree angle) - 4 sets - 80/15, 85/12, 90/10, 90/10
Incline DB Flyes - 4 sets - 45/15, 50/12, 55/10, 55/10
Pullups to failure, wide grip - 4 sets - 26, 21, 17, 15
Barbell Bent Over Rows - 4 sets - 185/15, 205/12, 225/8, 245/6
Underhand Lat pulldowns - 4 sets - 140/15, 150/12, 160/10, 160/8
Hyperextensions - 3 sets - 25lb weight - 15,12,12
This workout kicked my butt and took about 1 hour total, minimum break in between sets. Amazing feeling!!!

Happy Easter, first off. I just started trying to implement muscle confusion. It hit me in obvious areas I had not been using before. Trying to stretch that soreness out has proven… difficult. Good luck with you.
