Hey everyone i wanted to let everyone know what my website is about. Im launching my new online personal training website for the sole purpose of providing people with there own personalized routine. Whether its basic, intermediate or advanced. I also offer ONE on ONE personal training sessions, available for purchase in session segments. The purpose of this is to give YOU the client the opportunity to chose which body part you need help with. If you decide to purchase a 10 session training. You decide which 10 days you want help with. If its once a week or 5 times a week for 2 weeks, it is totally up to you! I am also looking for long term committed clients right now, clients i can train for a long period of time to see the changes that MY workouts alone have made them achieve. Anyone is welcome, you get a tailored training routine for YOU and YOU only! Not a mass produced workout! You get online ONE on ONE time with me as your trainer. Well today i did Legs and WOW this workout killed me with the Lunges…..

Leg Extensions - 4 sets - 110/15, 140/12, 160/8, 160/8
Barbell Squats - 4 sets - 245/12, 255/10, 255/10, 275/8
Leg Press - 3 sets - 8 plates/12, 10 plates/9, 12 plates/7
Long Stride Lunges - 4 sets - 40/15, 50/12, 60/12, 60/10, 70/8
Stiff Legged Deadlift - 3 sets - 205/12, 225/10, 225/10
Lying Leg Curls - 3 sets - 90/15, 110/12, 110/8

Well my second was as tough, neve trained all three parts together, shoulders/bis/tris, wow this was a tough one!!!!!
Shoulders/Bis/Tris
DB Shoulder Press - 3 sets - 75/12, 85/10, 95/8
Lateral Raises - 4 sets - 30/15, 35/12, 40/10, 40/10
Bent Over Laterals - 3 sets - 30/12, 30/12, 35/10
Behind Back barbell shrugs - 4 sets - 205/12, 225/10, 225/8, 245/8
Close Grip Bench Press - 4 sets - 185/12, 205/10, 225/8, 225/6
Tricep Pressdown - 4 sets - 160/12, 160/12, 160/10, 160/8
Seated DB curl - 4 sets - 40/12, 45/10, 45/10, 50/6
Standing Barbell Curl - 3 sets - 95/12, 95/10, 95/8

Well this week i started Dave’s (Brett123) training routine. He put me on a 2-1 split and its something im not used to at all so my body is going to be shocked into new growth…..lets do this!
Chect/Back
Barbell Bench Press - 4 sets - 235/12, 245/10, 255/8, 255/8
Incline DB Press(45 degree angle) - 4 sets - 80/15, 85/12, 90/10, 90/10
Incline DB Flyes - 4 sets - 45/15, 50/12, 55/10, 55/10
Pullups to failure, wide grip - 4 sets - 26, 21, 17, 15
Barbell Bent Over Rows - 4 sets - 185/15, 205/12, 225/8, 245/6
Underhand Lat pulldowns - 4 sets - 140/15, 150/12, 160/10, 160/8
Hyperextensions - 3 sets - 25lb weight - 15,12,12
This workout kicked my butt and took about 1 hour total, minimum break in between sets. Amazing feeling!!!
