Competing in October

1jz300

Well after about 1 year of thinking and thinking and going back and forth with the decision. I have finally decided to compete. Im nervous but confident at the same time. Im confident because i know what i can achieve with my body. But nervous because im scared of rejection/losing. I dont want to lose, i never do (Except at snowboarding and WII Golf). But im nervous to step on the stage, with so many thoughts running through my mind, concentrating on each muscle flexing and holding the pose, what routine should i do? should i incooperate dancing? i can dance so should i do that? would i look stupid? is that what they look for? i dont know!!!!!! I digress, im nervous but confident is what i boils down to, any suggestions or comments???

Talk to people who have competed and won before. Go to competitions and see the routines people use. If you look like you do in your pics, I don’t see many who can keep up with you.

Well, we are talking about a all natural competition. You look great for the modeling side of the house. You got the body that ever guy aspires to have. Remember you aren’t Ronnie Coleman, but I am sure if you were on the juice you would be in a different arena. Over all, you will do great! Try to widen your back out some though. Your wheels look incredible and your semetry is worthy of attention. Best of luck, and don’t forget to push your fans as we push you!!! take care

you’re gonna do fine man. think about your body, pick poses that highlight your strong points, though from your pics you dont have many

i’ve got the same thoughts running through my head… im getting ready for Ironman oregon on may 16. i’m nowhere near where i want to be, but i decided this on short notice. i’m just goin in to have fun and as far as im concerned this is a warm up for next year, when i’m coming in at 200lbs minimum…

dont worry about winning as much as having fun. first place wont mean squat if your miserable.

Bro you’ll be fine. Don’t worry about being nervous. Just have fun! It’s a rush when people cheer YOU on! I have a great hook up on posing trunks. Hit me up if you need any posing advise. I am in the works now of getting ready for the Armed Forces Bodybuilding Contest on May 9th in Colorado Springs. This is no MWR event like the last 2 I was in. NPC time! But I feel good and confident and YOU SHOULD BE FEELING THE SAME!

Video tape your posing and dance routine, watch it, fine tune, solicit feedback and repeat until you’re 110% confident! You’ll do awesome!
