My Take on Supplements..
OK, ive been getting alot of questions about supplements. Here is my take on them, But first i would like to say that YES ive tried them. When i was in Iraq in 2004 and 2005 i took Nitro-Tech, Cell-Tech by MuscleTech. I LOVED IT, i went from 187 to 211 in 4 months solid muscle………BUT BUT BUT BUT, when i returned home, i stopped working out for about 1 month. I started working out again but with no supps. I LOST it all just as fast as i gained and basically started over! MY BELIEF on supps is if your new starting working out or are still growing, dont take them, BUild your base build first, once your at a stand still with natural building, try something. Right now im still not where i wanna be naturally, im still growing so im letting my body grow before i take supps. I take NO right now yes, as a pre workout supp so i cn get some motivation in the gym. NOW this is MY take on them, i have no facts to back this up but its my take on them and my opinion, so take it as you will

Why are people so quick to chose the quick fix in legal supplements (placebo mostly),
and illegal (despite health risks, but they act wrk), rather than putting in the hours?
Eaisy op & feels like a commitment.
We are what we eat & changing your body takes time & persistence,
not a unnecessary £100+ supplement list
Wish I hadnt wasted all that time & money on legal sups that did little 4 based on th rec of stupid people.

Very interesting. i am taking Nitrotech. But I am taking this for the whey Protein that we all need, right? Dunno about Celltech, I am not taking that. I don’t consider taking Nitrotech a quickfix. Understand what you are saying though.

Here’s nugget I’m not supposed to tell anyone. If you hybridize supplements you experience extremely goofy gains. Silly looking muscle. Disagree and I’ll prove you wrong by asking you to try it. A sample pre-workout hybridized program would like like this:
-2 scoops BSN NO-Explode
-1 scoop Muscletech NaNo Vapor
-2 BSN Nitrix caps
-1 serving of Gaspari PlasmaJet
If you have to ask why this would work the way I’m saying it will, then you probably don’t ahve a clue, but who cares. There it is.

A Canadian company, Naturally Nova Scotia, makes supplements from foods instead of synthetics. The have vitamin C from fruit, herbal tinctures, green drinks, vitamin D3, and others.
