Abdominal Routine….
I have been asked time and time again about my ab routine. So i figured i would create a video guide to create the abs of a lifetime. Its been taking time for me to do so to create all the videos…..so here they are i will add more in my personal videos so watch out for them. here it is..
This is NOT my ab routine, i switch mine up every week!! i never do the same routine twice. But here is a list of my favs and i will tell you my dislikes…

DISLIKES: crunches: the basic crunch is one of my dislikes because there are better variations of this to work the same muscles. Floor leg lfits: Regular leg lifts limit your range of motion, do them on the bench so you can lower your legs further than parrallel.

Dude, great vids. I`ve been doing Swiss Ball V-ups on the floor. Does it work better on the bench, the way you do them or does it matter?
I also tried that full body leg lift on the bench you were doing in your avi. That thing is hard as hell to do.
