My Nutrition plan……as requested
Ive been getting alot of requests and comments about my diet plan, im going to post this. This is a basic day for me, i DO NOT eat the same thing everyday, this is an example…..
0600 - 3 egg white omlet with tomatoes, 4 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 banana
0800 - fiber one bar, with green apple
1100- Chicken breast grilled, green beans(corn, or peas), carrotts, mashed or baked potatoe.
1300 - fiber one bar, orange
1500 - whole wheat bagel w/organic creamy peanut buttter and sugar free grape jelly
1700 - WORKOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!
1900 - chicken breast grilled w/peas and one banana
2100 - bowl of Banana nut crunch cereal w/Skim milk….ya cereal before bed hahah
I Only drink water and NOTHING else

WTF?? There’s hardly any starches/complex carbs on your list! Is that for real? Cus you’ve gained some good mass! Amazing if so!
