					<description>BuckSpin's got it right! I am being forced to realize my herniation is not improving. Have decided to get off the lifting box for two weeks (heck, carrying a gallon of milk pulls on my ab tear). Am trying to go for walks and have gotten back in the pool. Hope you can find other things to keep you active or at least spend more time planning to come back stronger!

					<description>1st, that does suck. 2nd, make lemonade out of these lemons. Find things to do that don't involve that tendon. I'll bet you could come up with some sick bodyweight leg stuff, maybe some crazy ab/core stuff, etc.

Turn a negative into a positive. Work out outside the box for 2 weeks.</description>
