New Workout plan

Well this past week i started my new workout plan. Here is an example of what i do now. I go in and do a set of pull ups(25reps) and a set of dips(25 reps) everyday. So no matter what i worked the next day i hit them just a little bit more. So i do that then the first exercise i do 5 sets. First set i do 20 reps, second set i do 15 reps, third set i do 8 reps, fourth set i do 12 reps, and the 5th set i do 15 reps….this seems to be working AMAZING for me. For my abdominals i train them now for 15 mins a day but on wednesdays i traint them for about 45 mins, just like every other body part…..
