Been A while....some things need to change....

OK well every since the change in bodyspace with the inspirations, i have not been on much and have not been contacted as much, change is good, it is....and ever since then i have not been "an inspiration" to many people i guess. It was weird, i had 100's of people messaging me for routines and diet advice and advice on midsection and everything and i would help them, givingthem my advice and helping through struggles they were having and i still continue to do that.....but now since im no longer up on the polls with the VIEWS like before.....my opinion and presence has been forgotten..... For those of you who have stuck with me through this CHANGE and still ask for my advice and for the clients i do have, thank you! its what im here for, and its why i do what i do!! Thank you for everything, and for evryone i do inspire......thank you and i hope to continue to inspire you no matter what!! im here for you guys!!

take care.......ill be blogging more now..... so check in with me if youd like. I will  be posting and blogging now more than ever....

Here is the link to the trainnig as well as a small write up about it.

Benefits:

Make your body your machine

TRX® Suspension Training® harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you train. That's all you need - the TRX and your own body. No additional weights required.

Unlimited Versatility

We're all unique. Not only is each individual's body built a little differently, but we each fill our lives with a mix of physical activities that can require specific training. TRX Suspension Training allows you to instantly adjust not only the level of difficulty for each exercise, but you can easily customize any workout on the fly.
Maximize your training time

You can easily switch from exercise to exercise in less than 15 seconds. This allows you to maximize your training time and enables circuit style workouts.
Build core strength

Killer abs are great, but more importantly, having a strong core will prevent injuries, improve posture and increase overall strength. This is because all of our movements are powered by the torso - the abs and back work together to support the spine during everyday activities and exercise. Suspension Training builds core strength with every exercise by creating an element of instability that calls on your core to provide balance and coordination.

Life doesn't happen sitting down

In real life, our bodies move to the side, backwards, forwards and diagonally. Shouldn't we train the same way? Unlike traditional weight training that tends to be linear and follow one plane of movement (/resources/glossary.php), Suspension Training encourages multiplanar training (/resources/glossary.php, /resources/glossary.php, /resources/glossary.php) which integrates all your motions and mimics real life movement. This will bring a muscular balance to your body, increasing performance and preventing injuries.]

Let me know how you all feel about this training.!!
