			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well for those of you who dont know, the military has a APFT which test your endurance in push ups, sit ups, and a 2 mile run. To max, you must earn a 300. There is also an extended scale for every rep over max. I scored a 323. 85 push ups in 2 minutes (not bad) 85 sit ups (i was really suckn) and 12min 10 sec on the 2 mile run (its been a while since ive ran 12:10). Thats a hundred plus in each event. Had to drop weight from 220 to 212. But now its back to Body Building. Back to heavy weights. Ive just been finding it hard to get back in the iron game. Wish me luck
