Cardio the FAT Killer
Today I did 25 minutes of cardio. I decided to ease into cardio instead of all out. Wow 25 minutes really hit the spot. I will do cardio at least 4 times a week to drop some unwanted body fat. My muscles are starting to fill out better since I am doing 10 grams of Creatine a day. Right now I am training with very basic movements. I am doing 6-8 reps on basic exercises for power and 10-12 reps on the shaping exercises. This will be week 3, and everything is still falling into place. Next week I will start training in Martial Arts to get my balance back. Well I am out. Take care.
