			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had a physical about a week ago to get some blood work done since I haven&#8217;t had any in about 15 years&#8230;.haha  everything seemed ok until I got a call form the Dr.&#8217;s office concerning my cholesterol. The nurse left me a message since we had been playing phone tag and said my cholestrol was really high and they were mailing me my blood work along with a prescription&#8230;..  prescription?!!?? what about starting with a diet suggestion?  She did not tell me my cholesterol number on the message she left, so I will have to call and check on that&#8230;&#8230; sheeze!!! Guess I need to alter the diet once more.

preworkout snack&#8211; protein shake

<p>I plan to to just add more carbs like oatmeal and more fruit on my higher carb days. </p>
<p>any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated&#8230;  I have been out of the game for a long while, so I am rusty.</p>
