					<description>I mix yogurt with my oatmeal in the morning along with some essential oils and find that it gives me good energy for my AM workout. Also I do the cottage cheese thing as my late PM snack and find that my stomach doesn't growl so much first thing.
Also try and get 5 to 6 meals in during the day to keep your furnace firing so you can burn down the fat supply.
